The University of Copenhagen invites applications for a 3-year postdoctoral position in metabolomics, microbiome, and cardiometabolic health, starting April 1, 2025, or soon after. Join the Nutrition, Microbiome, and Metabolomics Research Group at the Department of Nutrition, Exercise, and Sports, working on groundbreaking research under the Microbiome Health Initiative (MHI), funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct LC-MS-based metabolomics on human samples.
Integrate metabolomics, microbiome, and diet data using R.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise students.
Disseminate findings through publications and conferences.
Qualifications
PhD in metabolomics, bioinformatics, or related fields.
Expertise in mass-spectrometric data analysis and omics integration.
Proficiency in R programming and strong scientific drive.
